Anti-bias Parenting / Caregiving Workshops
Many parents and caregivers feel uncertain about how to talk with children about race, racism, bias, and injustice. These interactive workshops offer a supportive space to share questions and concerns, build confidence, and practice age-appropriate approaches to these important conversations. Together, we will explore how children’s literature and everyday experiences can help families nurture empathy, celebrate differences, and raise children who recognize and respond to injustice.
Justice-Oriented Professional Development
Designed for schools, educational communities, and other organizations, these interactive workshops support participants in deepening their understanding of anti-racist, anti-bias, and justice-oriented practices. Offered as a single workshop or an ongoing series, each session creates a supportive and reflective space for learning, dialogue, and practical application. Workshops are customized to meet the specific goals, needs, size, and schedule of each group.
Anti-bias Coaching
Designed for schools and other organizations seeking to build more inclusive and equitable communities, this option provides customized, ongoing support. Through close collaboration with organizational leaders, we will examine institutional policies, practices, and structures; identify areas for growth; and develop actionable recommendations grounded in anti-bias and social justice principles.
