Anti-bias Parenting / Caregiving Workshops

As caregivers, we often feel overwhelmed about how to talk about race, racism and injustices with our young children. We need safe spaces where we can share our concerns and fears and practice how to engage our children in these discussions. Join this interactive workshop to learn how children’s literature and everyday scenarios can support our social justice parenting journey. Private Parenting / Caregiving Group Session

Designed for school communities or other associated groups of parents and caregivers, these interactive workshops allow for one or multiple sessions aimed to promote anti-racist, anti-bias parenting. The workshops will offer a safe space for learning about anti-racist parenting and will be customized for each group depending on their specific goals, size and schedules etc. These sessions are often organized for school communities, but any and all groups are welcome. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Coaching

This option is for organizations--including but not limited to schools-- that are looking to become more diverse, equitable and inclusive. Through close collaboration with the organization’s leadership  team, institutional policies and practices will be reviewed and participants will receive recommended updates grounded in anti-racist theory  and social justice practices.  Click the button below to get started.
